Air Bubble Wrap

SKU: SN0024

Machine-inflated air bubble wrap that cushions and protects products in transit. Available in different sizes, bubble sizes, film thicknesses and bubble types to suit your packing needs.

The SafeNivo air bubble wrap is an inflatable cushioning material that protects products during shipping and storage. Inflated with a matching air cushion machine, it creates a layer of air-filled bubbles that absorbs impact, fills voids and keeps goods secure in the carton.

How It Works

Air bubble film is loaded into a matching air cushion machine and inflated on demand — no pre-made bubble wrap stock required. The inflated bubbles create a soft, protective cushion that can be cut to length and used as void fill or wrapping.

Key Features

  • Machine-inflated on demand — no bulky pre-made stock
  • Different sizes to suit any carton or product
  • Multiple bubble sizes for different levels of cushioning
  • Choice of film thickness for strength and protection
  • Different bubble types available
  • Lightweight and space-saving before inflation

Applications

  • Void fill for shipping cartons
  • Wrapping fragile and delicate items
  • E-commerce and courier packaging
  • Electronics, glassware and ceramics
  • Warehouse and dispatch operations

Benefits

By inflating on demand, the air bubble wrap saves storage space, reduces material waste and delivers reliable cushioning — protecting goods in transit while lowering packaging costs.
